Very professional work and great turn around time!

Had Wuchter out for junk removal and lawn care services and was really impressed at the value. My backyard was an absolute disaster — years worth of junk, overgrown grass, all of it. The team arrived on time, worked nonstop, and by the end of the afternoon the yard looked completely transformed. What surprised me most was how reasonably priced it was for the amount of work they actually put in. I've already scheduled them to come back for some drainage work. Really glad I found this company!! 😄

They were quick and very helpful!!!!!!!!!!!

Hired them for driveway removal and they had it done same week. Great experience overall!

These guys have made my family and I fall back in love with our home. we were ready to give up -we had a very rough yard after some serious foundation work went sideways. Ethan was not scared of the big job, took it head on,and killed it. They started when they promised and stayed late to get the job done each day. He even stayed right in budget as well. Everyday after they finished they cleaned up the yard and treated our home with respect. Wuchter property LLC will be the only landscape company to work on my house and I put them up against any other company any day!

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Ethan. Though young, he brings an incredible level of ambition and passion to his work that is both impressive and inspiring. You will not regret the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and genuine professional. Choose Wuchter Property Works!

Great company!!

I am a firm believer in providing feedback when someone provides us a service. Good or bad and in this case GREAT! We found ourselves blocked in by a serious snow drift that also froze solid during the night. Our large and powerful snow blower could not cut into the frozen snow and we were forced to drive through it (which you should never do) for us to get out to work and such. I put out a call for recommendations on who can assist in removing this 50 plus foot snow problem from our driveway. We decided on Ethan (based on his quick response and time we talked on the phone. He was able to get out here quickly and he did an amazing job getting all the way down to the driveway. Took him a while because it was 4-8 inches of packed driven of snow for several days. Ethan was extremely friendly, a strong communicator, pleasant to speak to about the problem and detailed about what he could (and possibly couldn’t) do to help. He was here within an hour and the driveway was taken care. I highly recommend Ethan and Wachter Properly Works. I feel you will not be disappointed at all.

Wuchter Property Works was great, called and needed some snow removed after bad drifting. Ethan was on site within the hour and extremely fair pricing. Thanks again!

Amazing attention to detail and customer service.

My family and I highly recommend Ethan and his crew for landscaping and excavating in the Lehigh Valley area.

It’s always great to connect with another local business owner who genuinely cares about his work and customers. Definitely worth reaching out to for your property needs!

We had Ethan and his team do some land clearing and over grown brush removal. He did a GREAT job and would not leave until he was satisfied with his work. I will give Ethan more work as I need things done around my home. First class job all the way. Thank you Ethan. Frank M Dreisbach

Very highly recommend Ethan and his crew. They just did some work for me (shed pad and dirt fill) and everything from the initial contact to job completion was easygoing, straightforward, and more professional than expected. The work proposal was lengthy and detailed and they got the work done exactly when he said they would. I will definitely be using Wuchter again in the future.

We worked many projects with Ethan and his crew. I would highly recommend Wutcher property works to anyone. On time, professional, and excellent quality of work!

Great group of guys. Very good communication and follow up. Completed a job that was abandoned by last contractor and did it very quick and professionally.

Hired them for demolition work on an old structure on our property. They came out, assessed it, gave us a reasonable number, and knocked it out without any issues. Really refreshing to work with a company that actually does what they say. Definitely coming back for future projects. 😊

We needed full site prep and grading for a new commercial build and had a tight timeline to work with. Wuchter was upfront about what was realistic and they delivered exactly as promised. The augering work they did for the footings was precise and saved us time on the backend of the project. Their knowledge of what the site actually needed versus what we thought we needed was genuinely valuable — they helped us avoid a costly mistake early on. This is a crew that brings real expertise to the table. Can't say enough good things.

I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Ethan. Though young, he brings an incredible level of ambition and passion to his work that is both impressive and inspiring. You will not regret the opportunity to work with such a dedicated and genuine professional.

Ethan arrived to our home as scheduled to remove large branches from our pine tree that was intruding onto our neighbors yard. He removed branches & cleaned up all debris from both yards. His work went above & beyond our expectations. We would definitely hire his company again. Fred & Tammy

I called Ethan from Wuchter property works for excavating for my house in Bethlehem to dig a trench in my backyard to put wiring to my shed. Ethan was great from the initial point of contact up until the very end of the job. I wish more people ran their businesses like he does. The price was very reasonable that he cleaned up and re-seeded the whole yard afterwards.

First time using Ethan and his team for significant snow removal (20+inches). Without the driveway being marked, we coordinated to ensure the driveway plowing and sidewalk removal was done right. The communication and ease throughout was great with Ethan. If you are seeking a seamless, stress free experience, I’d highly recommend Ethan and his team!

Owner takes pride in his work; highly recommend their services!

We had a very large snowfall. I contacted Wuchter Property Works. They did a great job plowing out my driveway and shoveling my front pavement. From the time I contacted them, and with all the texts letting me know exactly when they'd be at my house on what was a very busy day for snowplows, to the ease of payment, it was a great experience. I highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Ethan and his team at Wuchter Property Works on our new home. They installed a brand-new asphalt driveway, brought in dirt and seeded the yard, and laid out our landscaping beds with beautiful rock. From the beginning, Ethan was extremely responsive, his pricing was competitive, and communication throughout the entire process was excellent. My family and I have used him for multiple excavation projects and our yearly landscaping, and every experience has been top-notch. He’s always on time, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about getting everything done exactly how you want it. No shortcuts—unless they actually add value.
